MANAGEMENT

Management team of Surgfriend Hospital Equipment Limited which was formerly Surgfriend Medical Supplies, is ably led by the company’s founder and chief executive officer, Mr. Emeka Unegbu Chinedu. Mr. Unegbu’s commitment to excellent has seen the company grow in leaps and bounds to it present enviable position today. It has 30 members of staff to deliver our products to our clients. The company also maintains a pool of technical manpower to help in delivery, installation and after sales maintenance and servicing.

HISTORY

SURGFRIEND Medical suppliers which is known as Surgfriend Hospital Equipment Limited was registered in Nigeria in 1989 with a small capital by its founder and current Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Emeka Unegbu Chinedu. Mr. Unegbu got his tutelage in sales and supplies of hospital and laboratory equipment as staff apprentice with S.O Frank International Limited, a foremost pioneer in Northern Nigeria in the field of hospital scientific and laboratory equipment. From a small outfit in Maiduguri, Surgfriend Medical Supplies was incorporated to Surgfriend Hospital Equipment Limited in 2011. A multimillion Naira, conglomerate 20 years on , with visible presence in seven states of the federation.

In the past 20 years, Surgfriend Hospital Equipment Limited which was formerly Surgfriend Medical Supplies, has concentrated its energies in importation, stocking and distribution of Hospital, scientific and laboratory equipment from the simplest disposable products to the most modern and sophisticated equipment.

Due to growing demand from training institutions, Surgfriend Hospital Equipment Limited which was formerly Surgfriend Medical Supplies, has expanded its importation and supplies of hospital, laboratory and scientific equipment, chemicals and reagent etc.

Today the company has large stock of these items enough to equip any medical schools, science laboratories and related institutions and organization, the company offers as a package the equipping of hospital and laboratory of any size ranging from large teaching hospitals, specialist hospital to medium size general cottage hospitals.
